COURSE OVERVIEW
The AAQ (Alternative Academic Qualification) in Applied Science with Forensics provides you with all the science knowledge you will need for further study in the STEM sector, and especially Forensic Science. After learning the fundamentals of all three sciences, you will get to design and carry out your very own scientific research investigation, supported at all times by a specialist Biology, Chemistry or Physics teacher. In the second year, you will build on this foundation and specialise in Forensic Science techniques, such as Analytical Chemistry and Forensic Biology, all with the aim of applying your skills in a practical way and using the evidence to present your conclusions. Not just for aspiring forensics scientists, these skills will prepare you for any STEM related career.
